The (2R,3R)-enantiomer of aztreonam was what was contained within this PDB entry. I inverted the chiral centres in Avogadro and added hydrogens. I then opened the resulting mol2 file in BIOVIA Discovery Studio Visualizer, where I generated this graphic and then cropped it in GIMP.
