Ball-and-stick model of aztreonam based on PDB ID 8C1A, full reference: Schuller, M; Zarganes-Tzitzikas, T; Bennett, J; De Cesco, S; Fearon, D; von Delft, F; Fedorov, O; Brennan, PE; Ahel, I (15 February 2023). "Discovery and Development Strategies for SARS-CoV-2 NSP3 Macrodomain Inhibitors.". Pathogens (Basel, Switzerland) 12 (2). DOI:10.3390/pathogens12020324. PMID 36839595. The (2R,3R)-enantiomer of aztreonam was what was contained within this PDB entry. I inverted the chiral centres in Avogadro and added hydrogens. I then opened the resulting mol2 file in BIOVIA Discovery Studio Visualizer, where I generated this graphic and then cropped it in GIMP.
